Reel System, Trailer Mat System & Closed Loop Process

The Latimat® LP-USR Electric Reel System is usually mounted to the rear deck of a truck or trailer, or to a permanently mounted frame.  Three brackets secure the Latimat® pad and underlay in place.

The speed of the reel is designed to allow a single operator to roll and unroll truck wash pads with ease.  This saves both time and money when operators need to deploy wash pads several times per day.

The Trailer Mat System is placed at the rear of the vehicle under the bumper to catch and contain toxic waste fluids.  The Mat can also be placed under heavy machinery.  After cleaning is complete, a sump pump can be used to transfer the hazardous liquid to a holding tank for environmentally safe disposal.  This system is ideal for spill containment under equipment.

Recycle toxic wash water from the Latimat® wash pad with the use of submersible sump pump.  Waste fluids from the sump tank enter the water treatment system where they are purified.  The purified fluids are then directed to a pressure washer and can be recycled and used as clean wash water.
